2. Participants can make reservations through WeChat Mini Program → Race Assistant Event AssistantNanjing MarathonCheck-in Reservation. Please plan your schedule accordingly and strictly follow your reserved time slot.

V. Race Kit Collection

 VI. Friendly Reminders

1. Race materials must be collected in person by the participant. Proxy collection of any race materials is not permitted. Facial recognition technology will be used at the race material collection venue to verify each participant’s identity. Participants must bring their valid original identification documents. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse the issuance of race materials if the participant’s identity does not match the identification documents or registration information.

2. Participants are advised to undergo a physical examination at a qualified medical institution within 12 months before race day. The examination should include blood pressure measurement and one of the following tests: a resting electrocardiogram (ECG), a 24-hour Holter ECG monitoring, or a treadmill stress test. If blood pressure is excessively high or significant ECG abnormalities are detected (such as pronounced bradycardia), an echocardiogram is also required. An ECG and an echocardiogram are not interchangeable. Participants should evaluate their physical condition based on their examination results and determine whether they are fit to participate in the Marathon.

3. Participants who are unable to collect their race materials in person may apply for mailing service through the Official Race Website within 10 days after the race. The mailed race materials include the race shirt, bib clips, and clothing bag. All mailing costs shall be borne by the participant. Detailed application procedures will be announced on the Official Race Website after the race. Sponsor-provided items must be collected in person at the race material collection venue and will not be available for mailing.

4. Participants’ clothing sizes will not be collected during the registration process. Clothing sizes will be allocated based on availability and the order of application, on a first-come, first-served basis. The Organizing Committee will make every effort to meet participants’ preferences; however, the requested size cannot be guaranteed for every participant.

5. If participants wish to exchange clothing sizes due to personal reasons, exchanges may be made at the race material collection venue only if the original packaging remains unopened. No exchanges will be accepted once the original packaging has been opened.
